President of several domestic and international companies since 1977. As Hans Hamoen travelled to more than 90 countries, he has gained much international knowledge of trade, culture and institutions. He has compassion for the people in need (spiritually and human). Encountering the tragedy of General Baby Doc and the fighting over power in Haļti, was Hans' turning point to help people with business. So World Partners was founded.

- Vice-Chairman: Cees de Jong
A person who can cope with people of different societies must have sensitivity. Cees has that kind of personality; although he never forgets what his goals and targets are. He also has his own company related to input consulting. Besides his vice chairman function for World Partners, he is also responsible for fundraising.

- Treasurer: Bastian de Pooter
During his International Development studies, Bastian de Pooter came into contact with World Partners via an internship. In everyday life, he works as a process improver. Bastian combines a commercial approach with a great affinity for development work. He is full of ambition to be working at home and abroad.

Alexander Dappen started his career in 1984 as an automotive engineer at Porsche. In 1993, together with a senior partner, he starts a development ministry in countries of the former Soviet Union. Various projects mainly in the area of food processing, agriculture and vocational training are successfully realized. In 2005, Alexander got connected with World Partners for joint project implementation in the fields of agriculture and renewable energies.
