- Maarten Fleurke, President and Secretary
Mr. Fleurke is currently COO at JTI, inc., a software localization company based in Norfolk, VA. He has extensive international business experience, having held senior positions for a number of multinational corporations. Mr. Fleurke and his family reside in Virginia Beach.

President of several domestic and international companies since 1977, Mr. Hamoen has travelled to more than 90 countries, gaining much international knowledge of trade, culture and institutions. He has compassion for the people in need (spiritually and humanely). Encountering the tragedy of General Baby Doc and the fighting over power in Haiti was Mr. Hamoen's turning point, to help people with business. So World Partners was founded.

- Hans Bins, CPA, Treasurer
A former Ernst & Young executive, Mr. Bins is the treasurer of the board. He runs his own highly digitized financial administration company. Mr. Bins is active for World Partners' India projects and served as the Chairman of the India cluster.
